In addition to admin tools, this site contains documentation and other useful information. It is also your gateway to web site statistics, where you can view a range of details about traffic to your site.
If this is a new web site, your domain name should already point to your site. If you have moved to AAPT from another provider, your domain name will continue to point to the previous provider until you advise us that the site is ready to become active. You can use the alternative URL (provided in the welcome letter) to test the site in advance.
If you are using a script to send email from the web server and the script needs to relay through a mail server, you can use smtp3.bne.server-mail.com.
We have a separate support team for Windows/NT hosting support. For assistance with your NT based AAPT Web service, please call 1800 688 766. You can also lodge support requests via the job system within the online administration interface. For all other issues (ie. other than NT hosting), please continue to use our normal support centre.
