You can use a telnet application to connect to your account via telnet. For specific assistance, refer to the help provided by your telnet application.
Open your telnet application.
At the prompt enter: telnet hosting.connect.com.au
Enter your login name at the login prompt.
The string otp-md5 xxx ssssss is displayed where xxx is a three digit number between 001 and 499 indicating which password string to use next from your list of passwords and ssssss is the seed. See the page on One Time Passwords for more information.
Enter the requested One Time Password. If it is correct, you are logged in to your account.
Here is an example to give you an idea of what to expect:

command echo $SHELL.
