The domain to use when setting up your computer depends on the product you have with us. Details are given below.

For Corporate Dialup Products

If you have your own domain name: Type your full domain name where the words "yourdomain.com.au" appear in the email set up instructions.

If you don't have your own domain name: Type "connect.net.au" where the words "yourdomain.com.au" appear.

Interconnect customers

If you have your own domain name: Type your full domain name where the words "yourdomain.com.au" appear.

If you don't have your own domain name: Type "interconnect.com.au" where the words "yourdomain.com.au" appear.

Enternet customers

Type "enternet.com.au" where the words "yourdomain.com.au" appear.

CONNECTnet customers

Type "connect.net.au" where the words "yourdomain.com.au" appear.

Note on Global Roaming

If you are using global roaming, but not a version of the IPASS or GRIC dialler that has been customised for AAPT, then you will need a different username format. See the page on global roaming for more information.
