Problem Reporting

If you're having trouble with your AAPT service, or if you need information about setting up your programs:

Please check the AAPT Information Library to find if the information you need is there.
Contact your local computing administrator or contact, if you have one.
Check the documentation by your software publisher, if applicable.

We are often asked general questions about the Internet and its usage which can be answered by a number of other sources, such as:

An appropriate USENET newsgroup
A manufacturer's Web page
A FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page about the topic

However, specific questions about or problems to do with your connection or other AAPT service should be directed to Support. There are a number of methods of reaching us, including;

We can be reached from 8am until midnight Monday to Friday and from noon until 8pm Saturday and Sunday. Outside these hours an operator will take a message and we will return your call.

Please be as descriptive as possible when writing to us; include information about hardware configurations, software versions and publishers and your configuration with AAPT when describing a problem. This will allow us to solve your problem in the most timely manner.
