Changing Your Password using the Cooee Enternet Manager


It is good security practice to change your password from time to time. If you are using Enternet v 1.x, y ou must call AAPT Support to receive a new password. When you have your new password insert it in your dialer software. Following are instructions for changing your password in Cooee Enternet Manager.

  1. Open the Cooee Enternet Ma nager toolbar.
  2. Click on the Enternet Setup button (a closed door with a red handle) on the toolbar.
  3. Click on the Account Setup tab which provides a summary of your account details in the Account window.
  4. Is th ere an Edit button in the Account window?
    • If there is an Edit button, click on it to open the Enternet Account window then proceed to Step 5.
    • If there is not an Edit button, you should see the Pass word field in the Account window. Proceed to Step 5.
  5. In the Password field, type your new account password taking care to use the correct case. The password is displayed as asterisks on-screen to keep your password private.
  6. Click OK to close the Enternet Account window.
  7. Click OK to close Cooee Enternet Manager.
  8. Close the program and restart it to save your changes.
  9. Test your new password by making a connection. If you rec eive errors, try entering the password again, taking special care that you are using the correct case.
